We offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 Australia-wide via Australia Post.

Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

If you require Express Post, please contact us at hello@nocturna.com.au prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Nocturna cannot accept responsibility for parcels delayed, lost or misdelivered due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

We take great care when packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Us page or by emailing hello@nocturna.com.au. Please include clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging to assist us in assessing your claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from Brisbane, Australia via Australia Post and FedEx, depending on the destination and the most suitable service available.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, destination and shipping method. International shipping rates generally range from AUD $20–$80.

Import Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their country's customs authority unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to Nocturna because import duties, taxes or customs charges were refused or unpaid, any reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If an incorrect shipping address is supplied at checkout and a parcel needs to be resent, additional shipping charges will apply.

United States

We proudly ship to customers throughout the United States.

For many U.S. orders, duties and taxes are collected at checkout and shipped Delivery Duties Paid (DDP). Where applicable, this allows your parcel to clear customs without additional fees being payable upon delivery.

Orders are dispatched via Australia Post or FedEx, depending on the destination and the most appropriate shipping service.

Where duties and taxes are collected at checkout, these charges are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.
